Type CFDB centrifugal fan is designed according to EN 14986, EN 13463‐1 standards. The product is certified for installation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 for gas environment, Zone 21 and Zone 22 for dust environment. It specially applies to Oil & Gas, Offshore Platform, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery and Marine Industries etc.

Type CFDB centrifugal fan has stainless steel or carbon steel material housing fitted with stainless steel, aluminum or sheet molding compound (SMC) which is also called glass‐fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) material impeller. The impeller is backward or forward. The fan is driven directly by an ATEX certified motor.

Type CFDB centrifugal fan is typically used for general HVAC (exhausting, filtration, air return and supply etc.) and industrial applications where large volumes of clean air are required at low to moderate pressure.
