SCDC solenoid coil is designed according to IEC/EN 60079-0, IEC/EN 60079-1, IEC/EN60079-2 and IEC/EN 60079-31 standards. This product can be used in Zone 1 and Zone 2 for explosive gas environment, Zone 21 and Zone 22 for explosive dust environment.

The enclosure material for SCDC solenoid coil is SS316. The material is widely used in industrial environment especially for marine, offshore, shipbuilding, oil and gas industries etc. There is built-in temperature switch inside the product, which can prevent the damage to the coil due to high temperature. Special material and internal structure design have been adopted for SCDC solenoid coil, which makes the product has the lowest electromagnetic noise in the condition of AC power supply, the lowest heat generation and the highest efficiency (60-90%).

SCDC solenoid coil is compatible with multiple brands, different types and various sizes of solenoid valves available in the market e.g. the popular Danfoss EVR series solenoid valves. Typical application includes the activation to solenoid valves for air conditioning system, refrigeration system and pneumatic equipment etc.
